A complete on-shore terminal and ship-loader electrical and control system upgrade was undertaken due to issues related to end of life hardware and software. 

Results

• Upgrade was able to be undertaken during grain season due to reduced commissioning shutdown times required.
• Production was started 8 weeks ahead of schedule due to reduced commissioning time required.
